🚫 Delete Account / Get Refund

You can delete your washMaster account if you no longer require it.

Note

Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded within 10 working days. To proceed with the refund, please add a valid IBAN and postal address.

  • Select the «⚙️ Settings » option from washMaster bottom menu.
  • Select the «❓ Help » option to view delete account option.
  • You can delete your account by selecting « Delete account » from the « Help » menu.
  • Confirm your action by selecting « Delete ».

Note

If you validate this action, your account will be permanently deleted, and if you have an active RFID card, you won't be able to use it anymore.
