⚙️ Additional Settings

The «⚙️ Settings » menu contains further functionality. For example, under «👤 User account » you can subsequently adjust your user account information.

Note

Please note that a new washMaster account is necessary to change the country and it's linked currency.

  • Add a «💳 payment method » (e.g. a credit card) or delete a payment method (see add payment method).
  • Under «💸 Top up credit », you can top up prepaid credits (see top-up).
  • Under «❓ Help », you will find helpful links, e.g. to frequently asked questions. In this category, you can also delete your washMaster account if you no longer require it.
  • Under «💬 Give feedback », you can send us a « general feedback » or « report a problem » if a machine is broken.
  • «🔒 Reset your password », an e-mail with additional instructions will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account.
  • «🚪 Log out », please note that once you have signed out, you will no longer be able to receive push notifications.
